The multi-hyphenate has listed his Hollywood Hills home for $11.95 million. The 1.5-acre property, which he purchased in 2015 for $7.1 million, sits high above L.A.’s Laurel Canyon with sweeping 280-degree mountain, canyon, and city views.

The 5,800-square-foot architectural, described as a “sleek, angular oil tanker,” was designed by renowned architect Hagy Belzberg and boasts six bedrooms and five full and two half bathrooms, according to Dirt.com.

Future has dethroned the King.

Only three acts have more entries in the 62-year history of the Hot 100: Drake (222), the “Glee” Cast (207), and Lil Wayne (163). In addition to Elvis, Future surpasses Nicki Minaj (109), Kanye West (107), Chris Brown (101), and JAY-Z (100) for most Hot 100 entries.

Taking to social media, a humbled Hndrxx reacted to the legendary accomplishment. “7 number 1 albums and they mentioning me with ELVIS PRESLEY. Grateful and beyond THANKFUL,” he tweeted.

Gunna Says Young Thug Is the Best Rapper Alive

Gunna is crowning Young Thug the king of hip-hop.

While promoting his new album WUNNA, the “Skybox” rapper spoke with his mentor for Interview magazine. At one point, Thug asked Gunna who he thought was the best rapper alive, and Gunna was quick to give Thug his flowers.

“It would have to be you, Slime, on god,” he told Thug, who signed Gunna to YSL Records. “You make the most songs out of everybody. Anybody can rap and make songs but you’re making real songs. It’s hard to do that. I understand it because I make songs, too.”

Elsewhere in the interview, the YSL rappers exchanged their favorite sneakers, TV shows, cars, and jewelry. “It would have to be my Gunna piece. It’s my first name piece,” said Gunna while describing his cherished chain with pink and blue diamonds. “I went all the way with it. I ain’t never had shit so it’s something that really means a lot to me.”

Thug also asked his protégé what keeps him going. “What inspires me is being looked at as a legend, working on my craft and being acknowledged for it,” said Gunna. “The feedback from my fans, the support I get from my peers and my crew, that’s my inspo. They push me to keep going.”

On Friday, Gunna released his sophomore album Wunna featuring two appearances from Thug. The project is expected to debut atop the Billboard 200 with an estimated 110-130,000 equivalent album units.

G-Eazy Announces Side Project ‘Everything’s Strange Here’

G-Eazy is switching up his sound.

In honor of his 31st birthday on Sunday, the rapper took to his socials to announce his side project, Everything’s Strange Here. Described as a “personal exploration,” the album was created entirely in quarantine, and finds G-Eazy exploring new genres and sounds with original music and covers of his favorite artists.

He’s already shared a taste of what’s to come with the first song, the psych-rock “Free Porn, Cheap Drugs,” as well as covers of The Beatles’ “I’m So Tired” and Radiohead’s “Creep” featuring his rumored girlfriend Ashley Benson.

“Eight weeks ago I didn’t know I needed to make this,” said G-Eazy. “The world has been turned upside down and inside out–but a lot of us have had the fortunate opportunity to self-reflect, grow, and evolve. This project is a representation of where my heart and head have been at. It’s honest and pure–it’s me. Take it or leave it–this is how I feel.”

He is simultaneously working on his upcoming album These Things Happen Too, the follow-up to 2017’s The Beautiful & Damned. Last month, he and Jack Harlow teamed up on the Zaytoven-produced “Moana.”

Everything’s Strange Here is due June 5.

Big Sean Says ‘Detroit 2’ Is ‘Pretty Much Done’

It’s been over three years since Big Sean’s last album, but he’s almost at the finish line.

While speaking with DJ Khaled on Instagram Live, the Detroit rapper gave an update on Detroit 2, the long-awaited follow-up to 2017’s I Decided.

“It’s pretty much done though. I’m just putting final touches on it,” he said while sitting in the studio.

Khaled pressed for details including how many songs (“It’s the right amount”) and featured guests. He wouldn’t reveal any names, but did hint that he has a J Dilla beat on the album, thanks to Common.

“It’s really about the music, who accents the music,” said Sean. “Some artists make a specific kind of music and one sound, but I like to be versatile. It is versatility, so the album is definitely not just one sound.”

The cover art is also done. “I’m happy, I’m excited. But more so than the cover, the music gon’ speak for itself,” said Sean, who texted the artwork to his friends in the industry including J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and Travis Scott.

His goal is to “uplift and inspire” with this project, which serves as the sequel to his 2012 mixtape Detroit. “I’m praying that this album touches people and we blessed enough to see success,” he added. “My thing is, I want people to feel the vibration of it and rise to their success though, more so than anything… The most satisfying thing is to see the people who you helped along the way change the world with you.”

He didn’t reveal a release date, only saying that he was in the mixing stage and working on some “very last minute touches.” “Soon come,” said Sean.

In March, he released a trailer for his fifth album featuring appearances from Young Thug, Ty Dolla $ign, Post Malone, Jhené Aiko, and A$AP Rocky. He also previewed some of his new music, including one track that samples Michael Jackson’s “Human Nature.”

Once the album drops, Sean wants to put on for his fellow Detroit artists and launch a record label. “After my album, I do wanna get a label situation together because, first of all, Detroit need it,” he said. “I know there’s so much talent in Detroit, so I definitely want to return the favor that [Kanye] gave me and just sign some people and really put them on.”

Kylie Jenner Reacts to Drake Calling Her a ‘Side Piece’

Kylie Jenner has no hard feelings toward Drake.

Last week, the Toronto rapper played an unreleased collaboration with Future during a livestreamed episode of “Night Owl Sound” that included lyrics about the beauty mogul, along with her sister Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid.

“Yeah, I’m a hater to society / Real shit, Kylie Jenner that’s a side piece / Yeah, I got 20 motherfu**in’ Kylies,” raps Drake.

But he was quick to apologize, explaining that the song was three years old and should never have been played. “Last thing I’d want to do is wake up having any friends of mine feeling disrespected so I just had to say that to start off the day,” said Drake.

However, Kylie is not sweating it. She knew the song was old and “wasn’t surprised” by the lyrics, according to E! News.

“She has no hard feelings about it. She knew it was old,” says an insider. “Her and Drake are still very good friends and she just laughed it off.” She also “appreciated” Drake’s timely response to the track.

The two sparked romance rumors following Jenner’s split from Travis Scott, but their relationship never got serious. They still remain friends. “Drake and Kylie still keep in touch regularly and all is good,” adds the source.

Drake recently shouted out the 22-year-old billionaire on “Demons” off his latest project, Dark Lane Demo Tapes. “My TD Bank is on what? / My TD Bank is on Kylie,” he raps.
