At Least 10 "Breaking Bad" Characters Will Be Returning For "El Camino"

Not only was the entire film’s production kept a secret, but we’re only weeks away from the release of El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie, and we still know next to nothing. We know the plot will follow Jesse after he escapes the compound during the last episode of the original series, we know Skinny Pete will be returning and now, thanks to a new feature from The Hollywood Reporter, we know there will be a total of ten returning characters from the original AMC series.

With respect to Vince Gilligan’s goal of keeping details on the film under wraps, the feature only reveals one of the familiar faces saying, “In deference to Gilligan's spoiler aversion, THR will name only two: fan favorites Skinny Pete (Charles Baker) and Badger (Matt L. Jones), the Beavis and Butt-Head of the greater Albuquerque meth community.”

Upon the film's release, Netflix will be showing the film in independent theaters for a limited run. This was an important decision for Gilligan who would premiere seasons of the show in theaters, "Every time we'd put out a new season of Breaking Bad, we would have a premiere in a big movie theater… we would have this wonderful, very limited, one-time opportunity to watch our television show on a big screen with giant stereo speakers thumping, the image filling 40 feet across. I always thought, 'This thing, it looks like a movie. It doesn't look like a show.' I really want to be able to share that with fans."

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie will be released on Netflix on October 11th.

Kendall Jenner Unveils Blonde Hair At London Fashion Week

Kendall Jenner has been a brunette for her entire duration in the public eye... UNTIL NOW. Although she took some time off the runway at New York Fashion Week, she made a big return at London Fashion Week, where she walked in the Burberry show on Monday. Not only were people excited to see her face back in the spotlight, they were stunned to see her sporting her new platinum blonde hairdo with smudged roots. For those who couldn't make it to the luxurious event for the big debut, Jenner posted a selfie on her Instagram story, reintroducing herself with the caption, "Hi."

The feedback - on Twitter at least - has been overwhelmingly positive. Perhaps all the praise got to her head because when her fellow blonde sister, Khloé Kardashian, tweeted that now Kendall "looks exactly like [her]", Kendall gave the sassy response, "you wish bitch." It was a pretty savage move on Kendall's part because Khloé also complimented her in the tweet by saying "she's perfect either way." I guess that's just sisters being sisters.

Anyway, here are some of the ecstatic Twitter reactions to Blonde Kendall. What do you think? Is she more of a blonde or a brunette?

DJ Envy & His Wife, Gia Casey, Detail Their Recent Miscarriage

On their joint podcast, called "TheCaseyCrew", The Breakfast Club host, DJ Envy, and his wife, Gia Casey, got candid about the miscarriage they recently suffered six weeks into Gia's pregnancy. In the podcast's 125th episode, titled "We Prayed & We Prayed and...", the couple detailed their process of trying to get pregnant with their sixth child and then discovering that it wouldn't be a success.

They explained that Gia struggled to get pregnant this time around more than ever before. "So we went through the process of trying, we did the fertility stuff, we found out when she was ovulating, I was trying to smash on that date," said Envy. "Usually, I touch Gia, she becomes pregnant- not a problem. Bang! 1, 2, 3! But for the sixth one, it was a little more difficult. So we tried the ovulation kit, and it didn’t work.”

Gia then expanded: "We went through a drought where we tried that, and it wasn’t working…we decided we were going to get some help. First, we did an IUI – which is intrauterine insemination. That did not work. Then, we moved on to in vitro. We did one cycle of that, and ended up with a negative pregnancy result. Then, we did another round of in vitro.”

Envy explained how they almost gave up after all the alternatives tried and failed attempts: "After the IUI, the mock-trial, the two failed rounds of in vitro – we just kinda said, ‘Ehh, maybe this just isn’t for us. Maybe God has another plan.’ So, that very next month after the failed pregnancy test result…without trying, [we] wound up pregnant naturally. Which blew both of our minds!”

Gia then shared the final heartbreaking blow: "Yes, I was pregnant. And I regret to use the word, was. At about six weeks, when I went in for another ultrasound…there was no heartbeat. But, you don’t necessarily have to have a heartbeat at six weeks. But the baby was measuring about a week behind in size…[and] at the seventh week there must be a heartbeat…lo and behold, there was no heartbeat…I miscarried at the same point right before I got pregnant with Brooklyn, and that was really the reason I didn’t want to get pregnant on my own. That miscarriage made me fearful of going through several weeks of happiness and hope and prayers, and just being euphoric that you’ve achieved what you’ve wanted.”

Our thoughts are with Envy & Gia during this difficult time.

You can listen to the full podcast here. Their discussion of the miscarriage comes in around the 43-minute mark.

Kevin Durant & Warriors Have Unresolved Beef, Says Jalen Rose: Watch

Kevin Durant's history with the Golden State Warriors has been well-documented over the past few years and this past summer, it seemed as though things hit a bit of a climax when Durant decided to leave and signed with the Brooklyn Nets. Over the past week, Durant's issues with the Warriors were brought to the public as he spoke about everything from Steve Kerr's offense to not fitting in with the team.

During a recent interview, Steph Curry said he had nothing but love and respect for KD and that everything was good between them. According to Jalen Rose of ESPN, this isn't exactly the case and his eyes, there is still tension between the two parties. Rose gave his in-depth breakdown of the situation on a recent episode of Jalen & Jacoby.

“There is some tension there because he would have stayed,” Rose said. “So anything that gets said after that, you don’t have to put a question mark. There’s a period. He left. Final. And why do you leave a team that you make three straight NBA Finals with, you’re the Finals MVP twice, you get injured the third year, and everybody knew he was leaving the entire time.”

Once Durant comes back to play for the Nets in a season from now, their matchups against the Warriors will certainly make for some entertaining basketball and we honestly can't wait.

Stream SoloSam's New EP "Plated"

If you’re not aware of Chicago rapper and producer, SoloSam, it’s time to get hip. Having opened for renowned artists such as Freddie Gibbs and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, SoloSam knows what it takes to reach the mountaintop and he plans on being there soon. “I want to ball like Michael/I want to ball like two-three/I want to make it big time,” he raps on the second track of his new EP, Plated

Plated is a sample-heavy, beautifully produced, EP that SoloSam keeps short and sweet. The tracks “Take from Me,” “Money Look Like,” and “Two Three” show the rapper's potential. In addition to his production skills, he’s a capable songwriter and has a knack for finding creative flows. The EP’s not perfect. “Smoke Break,” while following the vibe of its title, is mostly forgettable. The same goes for the slightly less subdued “Chillin.” Check out Plated for yourself below.

KFC Rolls Out Chicken & Donut Sandwiches At Select Locations

Another day, another new food offering by yet another fast-food chain. Since previously hopping on the vegan wave with a plant-based chicken option to announcing Mac & Cheese bowls for everyone, KFC has now come through with a new menu item that has people going wild. Per Business Insider, the Kentucky Fried Chicken hot spot has introduced donut and fried chicken sandwiches to select menus in Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia, and Pittsburgh.

Customers get to choose between two options, a crispy chicken fillet between two glazed donuts or a basket that has crispy fried chicken on the bone with one or two donuts. As for pricing, the basket meal goes for $5.50 for one doughnut and $7.50 for two doughnuts and the sandwich goes for $6 or as a combo meal for $8.

While some KFC customers are excited to try the new offering, others think the crispy chicken craze has reached new heights considering Popeye's sell-out of chicken sandwiches at nearly every location. "This looks disgusting when can I try it," one Twitter user wrote, while another added, "KFC wants us to die so badly."

Peep more reactions below and let us know if you're into the new snack below.

Red Bull Reveals Lineups For Atlanta & Chicago Music Festivals

Red Bull has long been a committed supporter of the arts community, particularly in the realm of music. For years, it hosted Red Bull Music Academy, a travelling music workshop experience that enlisted innovative artists to teach and perform in various cities around the world. Unfortunately, Red Bull announced back in April that this program was being discontinued due to the termination of its partnership with consultancy company, Yadastar.

However, Red Bull will continue to sponsor events that spotlight up-and-coming creatives across the globe. It has just announced that it will be hosting music festivals in Atlanta and Chicago, which will each span two weeks in November and feature over 50 artists across 15 events.

Atlanta is up first, starting November 1st and lasting until the 14th. The festival will kick off with an exhibition of Gunner Stahl's work, who has made waves for photographing hip hop's biggest stars in his singular style. He will be doing a DJ set and bringing out his industry friends to perform and, considering it's in Atlanta, one can expect some of the best. On November 3rd, attendees can see Joey Bada$$ and Denzel Curry go head-to-head - whatever that means. Quality Control will host a lecture and concert. Teyana Taylor, Ari Lennox and Yung Baby Tate will all have their own shows.

Chicago will be blessed second, from the 17th to the 30th. On the 21st, Chicago-native, Lupe Fiasco, will perform his classic debut album, Food & Liquor, in its entirety. On the 23rd, the Zero Fatigue collective - primarily known through the incredibly talented Smino - will throw a show. Monte Booker will perform a DJ set there, who is the producer of futuristic bent behind most of Zero Fatigue's output. Tierra Whack and Jamila Woods will have concerts, on the 26th and 27th respectively. Pivot Gang, which released their great You Can't Sit With Us album this year, will close out the festival with back-to-back days of shows in honour of Saba's late cousin, John Walt.

Tickets for Red Bull Music Festival Atlanta can be bought here and, for Red Bull Music Festival Chicago, here.

The Black Keys Explain To Joe Rogan The Sham Of Album Bundling

The business side of the music industry has always been tarnished by shady dealings, whether it be label executives screwing artists out of money or coercing musicians to “sell-out.” During a recent appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney of the iconic rock band, The Black Keys, pointed out a new dilemma, album bundling.

Essentially, album bundling is when an artist includes a copy of their record with a piece of merch or a ticket sale. You might remember the term from earlier this year when DJ Khaled complained about not beating out Tyler, The Creator for a number one album. He claimed his album bundle sales were not counted.

Around the 47:00 minute mark during episode 1354 of the JRE, Carney explains to Rogan an offer Warner Bros. made to The Black Keys saying, “You would give five dollars of each ticket back to Warner Bros. and then, you would get a record sale… It’s the only way you’re going to get a number one record, so if you want a number one record, you have to do it… You don’t get a royalty and you only get an album sale count if they click the link.”

Carney then explains how much money doing that deal would cost their band, “We’ve sold 250,000 tickets on this tour so, we would have to give back 1.25 million. Our record advance for this record was less than that.” Artists have to be willing to forfeit an immense percentage of their profits in order to reach the top of the charts.

The group goes on to discuss artists getting a raw deal on streaming services such as Tidal as well.

Kevin Hart & Fellow Crash Victims All Lawyer Up As Lawsuit Rumors Loom: Report

Now that Kevin Hart has reportedly checked himself out of the in-patient rehabilitation center and is recovering at home, he may have a lawsuit on his hands. According to a report by TMZ, the comedian, along with the two other passengers in the car with him when the vehicle swerved off the road and landed in a ditch, have all retained lawyers.

The outlet states that Jared S. Black, the man driving at the time of the accident, and his fiancée Rebecca Broxterman, Eniko Hart's personal trainer who was in the backseat, have lawyered up and may files lawsuits. It's been widely reported that Kevin underwent spinal surgery following the car crash, but TMZ further states that Black had severe chest and back injuries, as well. Broxterman is said to have endured minor injuries.

Although all three parties are friends, it's reported that the lack of airbags and safety harnesses has become an issue. It's unclear if they'll all go after the company who restored the vehicle or each other. However, TMZ claims the California Highway Patrol is still investigating what caused the wreck, and the driver could still be liable for the accident. They have yet to determine if Kevin purposefully asked to leave the safety gear off of the vehicle, because if so, the company responsible for the restoration should have turned him away. If they continued on and completed the job anyway sans safety harnesses, it's possible that they can face a lawsuit—or three. We're just thankful everyone made it out alive.

Kid Buu Accuses Trippie Redd Of Stealing His Song: "I'm Not Mad I'm Disappointed"

There's beef brewing in the studio streets. Trippie Redd's latest album, !, was released last month and debuted at the No. 3 spot on the Billboard 200 chart. The 20-year-old rapper has been enjoying the success of his record, but this week, fellow rapper and now former friend Kid Buu accused Trippie of being a thief.

In a video uploaded to social media, Kid Buu made it clear that Trippie can't be trusted in the studio. "If you showing any unreleased music to Trippie Redd, be very careful," he began. "If the song is hot, this n*gga might take the sh*t and upload hisself to his album. I'm talking straight facts. It happened to me. I showed him a song back in April on my birthday. I wanted him to be on my album, my single. He called me back singing it, telling me not to drop it, he was gon' drop a verse."

"The n*gga went ghost on me. His album drops and then I see this sh*t," he said as he points to a computer screen. He singles out Trippie's track "I Try" from !, stating that the song he shared with Trippie was of the same name. Kid Buu then plays both tracks back to back and they're pretty much the same beat.

Trippie responded to Buu's allegations of thievery by saying that his track was created back in 2018. He added that he wanted Buu to get on his record, but he "kicked him off the song because he was so damn trash." Trippie claims he "had to update the beat" to "make it sound better" then decided to release it on his own. Kid Buu replied to Trippie's remarks, saying he's not mad, but he is disappointed. Check it out for yourself.

Jake Paul Says Soulja Boy Is Afraid To Fight Him & His Career Needs To Be Revived

Since he was released from jail, Soulja Boy has been laying low. The often boisterous social media figure is known for showing off his cars, cash, and jewels online while applauding his own accomplishments, but it seems that he's been taking the time to focus on bettering himself. The rapper served almost eight months behind bars before he was released five months earlier than scheduled, and as fans await his return to the limelight, YouTube star Jake Paul attempts to troll him back into the spotlight.

Paul has wanted to go toe-to-toe with Soulja Boy in the boxing ring for quite some time, but the plans never blossomed to fruition.  The 22-year-old told TMZ that the two stars have yet to engage in fisticuffs because the rapper is scared of getting a beatdown. "I'm in talks with his manager, and his manager's like, 'I don't know bro, how much money would he make. I don't know, bro. You got them hands."

"I understand where KSI's coming from because he doesn't want to get knocked out," Paul continued. "But Soulja Boy needs something to revive his career right now and this could be it. I think he's stupid if he doesn't do the fight and he's all talk." He added that he doesn't believe that Soulja's career would end after taking him down because "I grew up a Soulja Boy fan and, so after I knocked him out, I'd be like, 'Yo, respect. Let's do a song together, bro!'" Let us know if that's a fight you'd tune in to watch.

Fantasia's Husband Breaks Silence On Submission Remarks: "Men Have Abused That Power"

Fantasia Barrino opened up a can of worms earlier this week during her visit with The Breakfast Club. The 35-year-old singer has made a 180 degree turn around in her life and even married her husband, Kendall Taylor, back in 2015. While chatting about relationships with the radio show hosts, Fantasia suggested that too many women are attempting to take the man's role, and that's why ladies are struggling to find romantic partners.

"Most women are trying to be the leader. That's why you can't find a man," she said. "You can't be the king in the house. Fall back and be the queen and let your man lead the way." She added that a woman being the leader in her household isn't how things are supposed to be. "That's why we bump heads. I feel like it's a generational thing. We can go real deep on that, but it's a generational curse and how society have placed our men and women have to stand up and be the mother and the father."

The social media dialogue about her remarks sparked quite the debate, so Fantasia thought it was only right to let her husband share his thoughts on submission, as well. In a brief clip Fantasia shared on Instagram, Taylor suggested that it's men who are at fault for why women have taken the lead. "So here's the issue. Submission is supposed to be a beautiful song and dance between two lovers," he said. "What's happened is men have abused that power. Excuse me, they've abused that gift, and we have been misled to think that it's something where it's a dominant spirit [or] we own every decision, we dictate everything, we rule with an iron fist. First of all, that's not love."

The clip abruptly cuts out, but Fantasia adds in her caption that her husband at present isn't the same man she married. "The man you see sitting with me speaking didn’t come packaged as this but the journey of understanding and growth made room for us both to experience a balance of love that neither of us have seen or ever known until now!" she wrote. Brad Pitt Praises Kanye West's Music: "He Was One Of The First To Be Raw & Open"

The last place that anyone would expect to find Brad Pitt would be in Watts. Yet, the actor was spotted weeks ago at one of Kanye West's Sunday Services supporting his friend in the Los Angeles neighborhood. Former atheist Pitt recently shared that he was rebellious when it came to spirituality, and recently he told GQ that he "clings to religion," which may be why he's been popping up at Sunday Services.

Pitt has previously stated that he and Kanye became buddies after bonding over fatherhood, but in an interview with Extra, the A-list actor shared what he admires about the Jesus Is King hitmaker. "I love that there's a Kanye out in the world, like, messing things up, you know?" Pitt said. "Envisioning the future and, you know, we can't forget his music. He was one of the first to come out and be raw and open. He should always get credit for that.”

The Ad Astra actor also can't get enough of 'Ye's Sunday concerts. "It's really beautiful. I think what he's doing is pretty special," Pitt said. "It's this real celebratory thing of people and it's a really loving vibe and it's beautiful. It's huge, so beautiful. I find it really special."

Wale Isn't Concerned With His Songs Charting In The First Week For Good Reason

Artists have hopped onto the streaming wave with full force as it has become the primary way that their music reaches the masses. The new generation of rappers, in particular, have mastered the art of becoming platinum-selling artists without ever even going on their first tour or being included in radio station rotations. We're seeing 14-track records with 16-minute run times and artists releasing music faster than fans can download it. We're in a new era, but not everyone is adjusting to transition as quickly as others.

Just days ago, Wale announced that his sixth studio album, Wow...That's Crazy will hit the streets on October 11. He's shared a few singles with us this year including "Black Girl Magic" and "On Chill" featuring Jeremih, and while he's remaining hush-hush as to what fans can expect from his next project, he chatted with Billboard about releasing music in the streaming era.

Wale admitted that he's still trying to navigate making music because he "was a hard album kinda guy," but he's less concerned about streaming and more focused on creating art. "I think the infrastructure of labels and music became more microwaved," he said. "We've always had different types of music, but it became more disposable around that time. It seems like more of it's coming out faster than ever, so it's hard to cut through all the noise sometimes, which makes it kind of frustrating when you're trying to say things."

He admitted that he isn't making stream-friendly music because he isn't completely sure what that looks like. "You can do the algorithm thing and inspire features and all of that, but I don't really know. If I could crack the code, maybe," he continued. "I just try to make the best music I can because a lot of songs go top 20 and then they’re gone in a week. It’s more rewarding [with 'On Chill'] because I feel we got it out of the mud," he said of his single's success. "Some people go right to the charts when they drop anything, and I just feel like how I got it means more to me." Are you looking forward to Wow...That's Crazy?

Rapper Baby Soulja Arrested On Charges Of Murder Connected To Shooting Death

Fans of Baby Soulja were in a panic back in February when there was a message uploaded to his Instagram page that said the 25-year-old rapper was dead. Days earlier he was involved in a car accident, so when the news surfaced, it quickly circulated that he passed away. However, his brother jumped online to call the whole thing a hoax, blaming the false information on Baby Soulja's, real name Charles Doles, Instagram being hacked.

We're sure that Doles, who is signed to FloRida's record label StrongArm, wishes his current reality was nothing more than a fabrication because it's being reported that the young rapper has been arrested. Earlier this week, Doles, along with 48-year-old Adrian Dove, was taken into custody in Savannah, Georgia in connection to a shooting. According to WTOC 11 News, back in May, a 33-year-old man named Dorian Brooks was shot and killed. Police received a call that there was an injured person in need of help, but when they arrived on the scene, Brooks lay dead with little clues as to who took his life.

The investigation led authorities to Doles and Dove, and while Dove was apprehended in Ithaca, New York earlier this month, Doles was arrested on Wednesday. “The collaborative work between our detectives, SERFTF and our federal and outside agencies proved to be efficient, effective and successful,” Roy Minter, SPD Chief of Police stated according to WSAV 3 News. “I am proud of the outstanding work from our detectives and the dedication from the multiple task forces that assisted us with this case. Due to their work, the family of this victim finally has the closure they deserve." Doles faces a murder charge while Dove is looking at a charge of party to a crime.

On Thursday, a jailhouse call was shared to Doles's Instagram page where he assured his family and friends that he's doing well behind bars. "To all my family and fans ... I’ll be out real soon .. and all my prayer warriors continue to pray for me🙏🙏🙏 truss," reads the caption. Check it out below.

Gashi Reveals He Was Working As A Garbage Man When He Signed To Roc Nation

Stories about artists and their humble beginnings isn't something new, but if there is a person who was able to make something out of absolutely nothing, it's Gashi. The Roc Nation signee has become an artist to watch and on Friday, he released his self-titled sophomore studio album, Gashi

The Kosovo-born, Brooklyn-raised artist dropped by The Breakfast Club to promote his record and shared that although many of his fans are just getting to know him, he's been in the game for 10 years. Prior to becoming a major label artist, Gashi's revealed that his Albanian family were refugees and his parents traveled to 24 countries in an attempt to make their way to America. He's endured homelessness and selling CDs on street corners for a dollar and a dream, and he even shared that the day he inked his deal with Roc Nation, he went back to work as a janitor.

"I used to complain. I'd be like, 'Mom, I got a million views on YouTube and I'm a janitor. I do the garbage and they taking pictures of me like, how is he lit, he's the garbage man.'" He added, "You wanna know something crazy? I was signed to Jay-Z doing the garbage...So, when I officially signed while doing the garbage, my boy recorded me. He said, 'This is gonna be your last time.' I said, 'I'm signing officially on Monday.' He said, 'This is gonna be your last time doing the garbage.'...He was right. I signed and I did [the garbage] after I signed and [that was it]." Check out more about the "Safety" artist below.

Megan Thee Stallion's Request To Trademark "Hot Girl Summer" Has Been Approved

If you're looking to use Megan Thee Stallion's phrase "Hot Girl Summer," she'll be expecting you to run her a check. The Houston rapper came up with the slogan off the cuff, and in just a matter of months, it's become an international phenomenon. Recently, the Fever rapper spoke with Allure about her trademark aspirations, explaining why she decided to capitalize off of her catchphrase.

"I really didn’t even know that it was gonna catch on how it did," she said. "It was just me talking sh*t, telling everybody I was gonna be me for the summer, and they should be them too, like as free as they can be. When I saw Wendy’s and Forever 21 saying, 'Hey, are you having a Hot Girl Summer?' I was like, 'Hell no, Forever 21, you’re going to have to pay me.' But I just wanted to get it trademarked because it’s me. It’s my thing."

In a clip shared on social media of Megan's interview with Virginia's 103 Jamz radio station, the rapper had some good news. "You 'bout to get that trademark?' the host asked. "Yep, it's already in the process. It's trademarked. We did it." While this is a victory for Megan, there have been other celebrities who have experienced less than favorable outcomes with their requests. LeBron James's "Taco Tuesday" paperwork was denied, along with Cardi B's attempt to trademark "Okuur."

Teairra Mari & 50 Cent's Son Both Roast The Rapper Over Tekashi 6ix9ine Relationship

The Prince of Petty found himself on the receiving end of trolling on Friday. 50 Cent spent the better part of this week making sure that Power producer Randall Emmett and his Vanderpump Rules reality star fiancée Lala Kent knew not to speak ill of him in the media. Almost daily, Fif shared scathing memes partnered with critical captions, making the couple his online punching bag.

Surprisingly, Teairra Mari has been attempting to reignite her internet feud with the rapper. Last week, following 50 Cent's remarks about her DWI plea deal, the singer taunted Fif with claims that she has his money. On Friday she returned to point out Fif's relationship with disgraced rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine. Teairra shared two photos of 50 Cent with 6ix9ine, and in one she lists the location as "Supreme Court, New York County" and in the other, it shows the neighborhood as "Rat Park."

That was a subtle jab to the rapper, but not the only one that was aimed at Fif. He and his 21-year-old son Marquise have been estranged for years, and it doesn't look as if the two will be mending their relationship anytime soon. Marquise took to Instagram to share a handful of photos that called out his father, one that even featured Fif with 6ix9ine.

"Nxggas will wish death on you, claim this nxgga as a son, disrespect ya moms publicly," Marquise wrote, ending his message with a laughing emoji. As close as Fifty was to 6ix9ine before he became a government informant, the rap mogul has distanced himself from Tekashi. Fif has even done a bit of trolling at 6ix9ine's expense, which brought on the wrath of Sara Molina, the mother of Tekashi's child. Check out Teairra and Marquise's uploads below.
